Is It Anti-Feminist To Body Shame Kim Kardashian?

Over the past five or so years, it would probably be hard to find a day when Kim Kardashian or another member of her famous family/clan were not making media headlines for one reason or another. Whether for fashion, romantic attachments, product endorsements or everything in between, it is safe to say that Kim Kardashian has become part of the cultural zeitgeist in a way that nobody could ever have imagined. However, overarching all of these different elements of Kim's celebrity lifestyle, permeating ever aspect of her public life, is the world's constant obsession with her physical beauty and bodily attributes.
Of course, this obsession with the body of Kim Kardashian is not something that was spawned and invented completely out of her control.
It was 9 years ago in 2007 that Kim first came in to the mainstream public consciousness, and the event that brought her this 'fame' was the release of a sex tape that she made with then lover Ray J. From that moment on, the model and TV personality's name became synonymous with sex, and an equally sexual image was created for Kim when a year later her entire family found fame as the stars of the hit reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians. From the original sex tape to her infamous 'Break the Internet' photo shoot for Paper magazine in 2014, Kim Kardashian has used and played with people's perceptions of her body to simultaneously garner acclaim, court controversy and ultimately further her career. Amongst all of the praise she gets for her actions, Kardashian also faces a barrage of criticism from men and women alike. The question that needs to be answered is, is it anti-feminist to body shame her for her personal choices?
